Modern Simplicity LLC, established in 2022, is a special event catering and charcuterie company based out of the South Hills of Pennsylvania. We started as a small charcuterie board company and have expanded to a full grazing catering company and mobile cart. We have an extensive gift guide, a long menu for charcuterie boards of multiple sizes and catering for up to 100s of guests. We strive to add a high end, personal touch to every single order.

My name is Tylyne Dunkovich, a mother of 4 and a lover of everything delicious and aestetic. It is my personal mantra to live life beautifully and I think that mentality should carry over into our catering and charcuterie. It was my time living in the south that inspired me to create beautiful displays of food and present food as art. I am inspired by colors, flavors and the artfullness of beautiful displays. I create experiences and grazes for people to gather around and socialize. Bringing people together around a colorful, elegant display is my passion.
